上集好友及女友支持既Peter Parker，以世人忘記Peter Parker及Spider Man，去化解多元宇宙危機作結。今集有唔少虐心位，例如失去英雄前輩，獨自面對當英雄既壓力，以及唔會送出既真相剖白情書，仲有Aunt May既身故......好多人話今集既Spider Man好睇，因為歷煉後既Spider Man同普通人樣，要憂柴憂米及無力感(前一兩代好早就涉及)，顯得分外有血有肉。
Trailer保密功夫做足，鬼上身既異象，原來係X Men既Phoenix -Jean Grey。其實之前既X Men電影，都無提及Jean Grey既心路歷程(主力放係Wolverine)。
另一亮點係Punisher同Spider Man既互動，實際與大愛既碰撞。Hulk既亂入，反而無Dr. Banner既文戲咁重要。無人可以決定Phenotype既好壞本義，只需要面對及了解本我。
戲中Ned開發既Spidey Tracker app，介面畫風復古之餘，仲配埋1967年元祖動畫既主題曲，十分過癮～壓軸彩蛋：App顯示有外太空既蜘蛛俠，唔知故事會發展成點呢？
